ETS Payphones, Inc.

Young Conaway served as co-counsel to ETS Payphones, a closely held corporation headquartered near Atlanta, Georgia, and ten of ETS's wholly-owned subsidiaries in their chapter 11 cases. When it filed for bankruptcy protection, ETS was the second largest payphone operator in the United States employing more than 450 individuals. At that time ETS owned, leased or managed over 50,000 public payphones, as well as automated teller, air and vacuum machines in the United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With the assistance of Young Conaway, ETS effectively reorganized in December 2002.
