Prior to the petition date, the Debtors were a leading manufacturer of plastic bag and film products. Focusing primarily on high density polyethylene film products and related services, the Debtors' products ranged from bagging systems to agricultural films. With the assistance of Young Conaway, the Debtors successfully confirmed their plan of reorganization and emerged from bankruptcy protection on August 25, 2008.
