Farbod focuses his practice on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Superior Court.  Farbod was a summer associate at Young Conaway during his two summers in law school.  For two semesters, he also served as a legal extern in the Chambers of the Honorable Kathaleen St. J. McCormick.  Farbod’s experiences help him navigate his tasks with a clear understanding of the big picture of the matters he works on.

Farbod graduated cum laude from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2024, where he was a member of Dickinson Law Review.
