Biography

Gianna’s scientific background—strengthened by the insights she gained while earning her biology degree—allows her to approach patent litigation with a unique and creative perspective. Her passion for research in both the neurobiology and clinical bioethics fields led her to pursue a career in law. Gianna now focuses her practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in federal court.

In law school, Gianna served on the Moot Court Board and participated in the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Giles S. Rich Moot Court Competition. She also served as President of Drexel’s Intellectual Property Law Society. Prior to graduation, she received the Robert B. Washburn Scholarship Fund award for her academic success in intellectual property law.
