Biography

Heather's practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions.  She has experience advising clients in a variety of sectors and through various stages of proceedings.  Her ability to quickly and thoughtfully analyze complicated legal issues is a skill she developed through her experience on Villanova University's nationally-ranked moot court board.  A natural advocate, Heather draws on the experience she had working at Villanova's Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services (CARES) where she petitioned, and was successful, in the grant of asylum for two clients.

Heather graduated cum laude from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law in 2020.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Villanova University where she double-majored in Comprehensive Science and Spanish Studies while competing for the school's Division I field hockey program.

Heather speaks fluent Spanish.
