Biography
As a former law clerk for the Delaware Supreme Court, Jason provides valuable insights on the practice of law in Delaware and in-depth knowledge on the nuances of Delaware procedure. Jason’s practice is focused on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He guides clients and co-counsel through the intricacies of Delaware law and procedure in cases involving books and records, corporate governance disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and class action litigation, and contractual disputes.
Prior to joining Young Conaway, Jason worked at a prominent litigation boutique in Delaware where he primarily represented stockholders in class action litigation involving mergers and acquisitions. Jason’s experience allows him to offer a unique perspective to entities, boards, and individual directors and officers involved in stockholder and governance disputes.
