Biography
Josh’s practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation and related mass tort disputes.
Prior to joining Young Conaway, Josh spent a year as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Stephen C. St. John, where he gained invaluable experience in both civil procedure and the intricacies of the Bankruptcy Code, allowing him to be an effective advocate for his clients before the bankruptcy courts.
Josh earned his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law in 2023. While in law school, Josh served both as a teaching assistant for the first-year business associations course and as a research assistant for multiple legal writing professors. Josh was additionally the executive administrative editor of the Emory International Law Review, where he organized elections, reviewed and edited journal articles, and acted as the key point of contact between staff members and the executive board. Josh earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
