Joshua has a keen eye for detail and contributes an analytical mind to a team.  His practice largely includes advising future claimants representatives in mass tort matters, counseling debtors in chapter 11 restructuring and chapter 15 recognition proceedings, and assisting with district court commercial litigation.

Prior to becoming an associate, Joshua was a conflicts analyst at Young Conaway while attending law school.  This experience sharpened his ability to deliver helpful responses to quickly evolving and intricate issues by anticipating developments in a case.

In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Joshua is an active member of Young Conaway’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Hiring Committee and Pro Bono Committee, and he is a co-leader of the firm’s First Generation Affinity Group.  Joshua also volunteers with the Office of Child Advocate and mentors high school and law school students.
