Ken focuses his practice on debtor and debtor-in-possession representations in chapter 11 proceedings. With a JD/MBA from Penn Law and the Wharton School, Ken is quick to understand the business needs of his clients and is able to view his cases from both a legal and a marketplace perspective. Ken has been instrumental in crafting arguments for clients in various contested matters and adversary proceedings and is an adept advocate for his clients when facing litigation-focused aspects of chapter 11 cases.
During law school, Ken was on the executive board of Penn Law’s mock trial program and was active in Penn Law’s Legal Education Partnership, where he coached mock trial and debate team for underprivileged high schools in Philadelphia. At Wharton, Ken was a writer for the school-wide comedy production, Follies.
