Biography

Mark focuses his practice in the area of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.  He also provides assistance in entity formation and governance matters.  Mark understands the economics and needs of businesses, equipping him with the skills to further the goals of clients and draft effective transactional documents.  Mark also works with the firm’s bankruptcy attorneys to accomplish asset sales of distressed entities.

During law school, Mark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eric L. Frank in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and aided low-income taxpayers as a student attorney for the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic.
