Biography

Matt focuses his practice on assisting corporate debtors and debtors-in-possession to navigate their way through chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Matt brings a collaborative outlook to his work, allowing for his background in rhetoric and reasoning to guide his approach. Matt’s team-oriented mentality and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset when addressing the needs of the client, whether it be in creating a solution or advocating in litigation.

During law school, Matt gained invaluable bankruptcy experience while interning in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court for the Honorable Mary F. Walrath and in the Division of Financial Enforcement for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.  He also volunteered as a Student Case Manager for the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, a division of Philadelphia Legal Aid, to provide legal support for low income families in Philadelphia.
