Nehama focuses her practice on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to joining Young Conaway, Nehama interned at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, the D.C. Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Nehama draws on her experiences to advocate the best outcome for her clients.
Nehama graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 2021, where she was a member of the Public Contracts Law Journal, the Moot Court Board, the ADR Board, and the Dean’s Advisory Board. Nehama earned her B.A. in Philosophy and History at Rutgers University in 2018.
