Brady and the team from Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP will be presented with the 2014 Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Award: Large Company by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) honoring their work, along with the work of other restructuring professionals, on the AgFeed Industries, Inc. and AgFeed USA, LLC chapter 11 cases. The award will be presented at a special awards ceremony on September 30 at The TMA Annual conference taking place at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Ontario.
