DiBianca Quoted in Delaware News Journal

In "Court Sets Soft Rules for Web Evidence," written by Sean O'Sullivan, Molly DiBianca was asked to comment upon the Delaware Supreme Court ruling concerning social media and when posts can be used as evidence.  The court found that if something is posted on your social media account, it will be assumed that you wrote the post and the burden of proof will be on you to prove otherwise.  Molly noted that prior to this ruling, there had been some uncertainty in this area because judges have used different standards and logic.
