Firm Obtains Judgment for Seven Ukrainian Sailors Stranded on Vessel

Tim Houseal and co-counsel Steve Simms recently obtained a judgment in the Delaware District Court for seven Ukrainian sailors who were stranded on a vessel in the Delaware Bay for the last nine months.
