Ms. McCormick’s practice focuses on corporate, alternative entity, and commercial litigation, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Her litigation practice frequently involves expedited proceedings, including requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctive relief. She has experience in a variety of substantive areas, including Delaware corporate and alternative entity law, mergers and acquisitions, access to books and records, indemnification and advancement, complex contractual agreements, arbitration agreements, covenants not to compete, and trade secret misappropriation.

Ms. McCormick grew up in Smyrna, Delaware. She received her bachelor's from Harvard College and juris doctorate from Notre Dame Law School. She began her legal career as a staff attorney for Delaware's Community Legal Aid Society, Inc.

Mr. Enos joined Young Conaway in 2004. Since joining the Firm, he has focused his practice on complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and has represented a variety of clients in chapter 11 proceedings, including debtors-in-possession, liquidating trusts, asset purchasers, and foreign representatives in chapter 15 proceedings. His current and past representations include UniTek Global Services, Inc., Coldwater Creek Inc., Quantum Foods LLC, Simplexity, LLC, The SCOOTER Store Holdings Inc., Pulp Finish 1 Company (f/k/a Journal Register Company), Penson Worldwide, Inc., Eastman Kodak Company, Cinram International, Inc., Heartland Publications, LLC, GEMS TV (USA) Limited, Badanco Acquisition LLC (the parent of Randa Luggage), American Home Mortgage Holdings, Inc., Neenah Enterprises, Inc., and R.H. Donnelly Corporation.

Mr. Enos graduated from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, Appellate Moot Court Board, and Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. While attending Law School, Mr. Enos also earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Mr. Enos is a member of the Firm's Business Development and Hiring Committees. He has also served on a pro bono basis for the Office of the Child Advocate as a Guardian ad litem

Donald J. Bowman

Mr. Bowman joined Young Conaway in 2005. Since joining the firm, he has focused his practice on the representation of corporations as debtors and debtors-in-possession in several large and complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings as well as the representation of other major constituents in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, including administrative agents, secured lenders and various other creditors. As part of his practice, Mr. Bowman has represented public and privately held companies that operate in a variety of industries in both the District of Delaware as well as the Southern District of New York. His current and past debtor and debtor-in-possession representations include, among others, the Los Angeles Dodgers, LLC, Flying J Inc., Building Materials Holding Corporation, AgFeed USA, LLC, Carey Limousine L.A., Inc., Neenah Enterprises, Inc., R.H. Donnelly Corporation, Telogy, LLC, Questex Media Group, Inc., and Indalex Holdings Finance, Inc. He also currently represents or has recently represented secured lenders in the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Harry & David Holdings, Inc. and Trico Marine Services, Inc.

In addition to representing debtors and debtors-in-possession and various other major constituents, Mr. Bowman has also represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 proceeding of Aspen Executive Air, LLC.

After graduating law school, Mr. Bowman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware from 2003 through 2004.
