Partner Norman M. Powell Appointed to Editorial Advisory Board of the Uniform Commercial Code Law Journal

Norman M. Powell, partner in the Business Planning and Transactions Section, has been appointed to the Editorial Advisory Board of the Uniform Commercial Code Law Journal, joining Proskauer attorney Steven O. Weise (who served as American Bar Association Advisor to the Drafting Committee for UCC Revised Article 9), Bingham attorney Edwin E. Smith (who served as Chair of the Drafting Committee for the 2010 Amendments), and others. The premier journal dedicated to the Uniform Commercial Code, the UCC Law Journal is published by Thomson Reuters/West. Mr. Powell has published in the UCC Law Journal since 2002, covering both searching and filing issues, and the application of UCC Revised Article 9 to series of limited liability companies.
