Powell Article on Series LLCs Cited in Leading Opinion Letter Treatise

The 2015 Cumulative Supplement to Glazer and Fitzgibbon on Legal Opinions includes several citations to Norm Powell’s “excellent” article, Opining on Limited Liability Company Series,The Practical Lawyer, Vol. 60, No. 4 (August 2014), at 19. A “highly respected commentator,” Mr. Powell provides “typical formulations of LLC opinions” and suggests “steps opinion preparers should take to support opinion on particular series of a series LLC.
