Young Conaway Corporate Partner, Tammy L. Mercer, will be speaking on a panel at PLI's Delaware Law Developments 2019: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know, on May 9, 2019 at the Practicing Law Institute in New York, NY.  The panel is entitled "Delaware LLC & LP Developments," and it will cover topics such as, fiduciary and contractual duties in LLCs and LPs, statutory amendments: new LLC division and series LLC/LP provisions, and interpretation of LLC and LP agreements.
