November 25, 2014In The News

The Delaware Employment Law Blog and editor-in-chief, Molly DiBianca, have been recognized once again as one of the American Bar Association Journal's Blawg 100. And, because it's been nominated 5 years consecutively, the ABA Journal has added The Delaware Employment Law blog to the "Hall of Fame."

In its description of The Delaware Employment Law Blog, the ABA Journal writes:

HALL OF FAME: How technology and social media affect modern employers and employment law has been a particular focus of Molly DiBianca, although she ably covers other topics as well. The blog is full of thoughtful and well-reasoned advice to employers and their attorneys; while the laws cited may be specific to Delaware, the broader principles are applicable across the country.
