Three Young Conaway Attorneys Chosen for LCLD Fellowship and Pathfinder Programs

WILMINGTON – Young Conaway is pleased to announce that three attorneys have been chosen to participate in programs sponsored by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

Partner Pilar Kraman will participate in the LCLD Fellows Program which connects high-ranking diverse attorneys from LCLD Member organizations for a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building.

Associates Alberto Chávez and Allison Mielke will participate in the LCLD Pathfinder Program.  This seven–month professional development program combines executive coaching along with foundational leadership training and networking opportunities.  The program is targeted for attorneys with less than 10 years of professional experience.

Young Conaway’s Vice-Chair and Partner, Mike Nestor, is leading the Firm’s engagement with LCLD and the multiple programs offered by the LCLD.  “I am excited about the opportunities our firm’s attorneys will experience through the LCLD Fellowship and Pathfinders programs.  I look forward to working with them to implement the objectives and ideas they have learned for the benefit of Young Conaway’s diverse personnel and under-represented candidates in the Wilmington, Delaware community.”
