Young Conaway is pleased to announce that the firm management committee has appointed Vincent C. Thomas to serve as co-chair of the Business Planning and Tax section.
Vince will serve along with current chair, Craig D. Grear, who has led the section to new heights over the last 18 years. The section presently has 19 members, including 13 attorneys and 6 paraprofessionals/assistants.
The Business Planning and Tax section represents every kind of business from Fortune 500 companies to closely held businesses.
