Young Conaway Elects Three New Partners

WILMINGTON - Young Conaway is pleased to announce the election of three new partners to the firm, effective January 1, 2025.

	Allison S. Mielke practices bankruptcy and restructuring law, including out-of-court restructurings, chapter 11 proceedings, section 363 sales, bankruptcy litigation, and other bankruptcy-related matters. She is admitted to practice in Delaware.
	Joseph M. Mulvihill represents diverse clients through the chapter 11 process, including debtors, lenders, purchasers, and official committees of unsecured creditors as both lead and co-counsel. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York, and Pennsylvania.
	Y. Carson Zhou represents entities, boards, board litigation committees, and individual directors and officers in stockholder derivative and class action litigation involving corporate governance disputes and mergers and acquisitions in both the Delaware Court of Chancery and elsewhere, as well as a wide variety of complex commercial and securities litigation in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and New York.
