Biography

Pam’s practice includes litigating contested matters arising in the context of corporate bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of mass tort future claimants’ representatives, official committees, and debtors. Before joining Young Conaway, Pam began her legal career as a litigation associate focused on commercial disputes and resolution in the areas of business torts, fraud, internal investigations, and consumer finance matters including representing clients before administrative agencies and in arbitration before JAMS. Her experience prior to law school in investor relations, corporate communications, and business development is reflected in her understanding of complex business issues and the competing priorities clients face.
