"Artificial Intelligence and Consumer Privacy," Law of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Machines: Understanding A.I. and the Legal Impact

The Business Law Section of the American Bar Association has just published Law of Artificial Intelligence ad Smart Machines:  Understanding A.I. and the Legal Impact.  This book,written by many of today's technology thought leaders, provides the reader with  "a comprehensive overview of how this new technology has evolved, how it will affect the legal profession and how the law will be reformed to meet the new realities created by AI." 

Young Conaway Counsel Sara Beth A.R. Kohut contributed Chapter 14, "Artificial Intelligence and Consumer Privacy, " to this publication. Ms. Kohut immersed herself into the A.I. field as issues relating to privacy, cybersecurity and data protection increasingly grew in volume and prominence for her clients.  She works collaboratively to craft strategies for protecting information assets, and writes and speaks frequently on data protection and technology developments. Ms. Kohut is a certified CIPM, CIPP/US and CIPP/E.
