Corporate Partner Rolin Bissell was pleased to contribute to the Director's Handbook: A Field Guide to 101 Situations Commonly Encountered in the Boardroom, Placenti, Frank M., editor, American Bar Association, Section of Business Law, Corporate Governance Committee, First edition, Chicago: 2017. The handbook identifies 101 topics frequently encountered by public company directors and devotes a chapter to each topic. Rolin Bissell authored three chapters and responded to the following issues that often arise for a Troubled Company:
