Biography
Renae focuses her practice on the litigation of complex commercial disputes that arise in Chapter 11 proceedings. As a result of her prior mass tort litigation experience, clients rely on Renae’s ability to quickly analyze in-depth facts and communicate complex legal issues throughout all stages of litigation before Delaware courts. Renae’s skills in discovery processes, legal research and writing, and negotiation tactics make her a valued member of the team.
Renae graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she served on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and received the Judge J. Cullen Ganey Criminal Procedure Award, awarded to the highest grading student in the area of criminal law.
