Biography
Reuben focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, bringing a quantitative approach to serving the needs of clients. A team player, Reuben represents corporations and alternative entities, directors, managers, stockholders and members in corporate disputes in Delaware state and federal courts, with a concentration on matters in the Court of Chancery.
Reuben graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as a Health Law and Policy fellow. While in law school, Reuben served as a judicial intern for the Honorable James d'Auguste of the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Division. Reuben is also a Certified Public Accountant and has a master's degree in forensic accounting. Prior to joining the firm, he was a forensic and investigations consultant at Deloitte, as well as a senior forensic and valuation services associate at a boutique accounting firm in New York City.
