Biography

Daniel Trager concentrates his practice on complex corporate restructurings and reorganizations, with a particular focus on Chapter 11 proceedings under the Bankruptcy Code. He represents clients in both in-court and out-of-court matters, including public and private companies, as well as secured and unsecured creditors, in connection with restructuring efforts and related litigation.

Daniel brings a diverse skill set to his work, advising clients across a wide array of industries on navigating complex financial challenges. Prior to joining Young Conaway, he was an associate at a leading international law firm’s Delaware office, where he honed his expertise in bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
