Biography

Shivani focuses her practice on corporate litigation in the Court of Chancery. She offers a versatile approach in solving various issues that arise during the many phases of litigation. Shivani enjoys collaborating with a team to achieve successful and creative client-driven results.

Shivani graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2019, where she participated in the Civil Rights Pro Bono Clinic and honed her client advocacy skills by interviewing inmates about medical conditions at a women’s correctional facility to determine the facility’s compliance with a prior settlement agreement. Shivani also served as the Auction Director for the Public Interest Law Association, whose efforts help provide law students working in the public sector with summer grants. Shivani earned her Advanced Honors B.S. in Neuroscience from Georgia State University in 2016, where she interned at the Georgia General Assembly and various local law firms and participated in research on memory retention in children.
