Mercer, Chair, Corporate Litigation and Counseling Group and Partner, has been named to the Advisory Board of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance.  Founded in 2000, the Weinberg Center, within the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, is one of the longest-standing corporate governance centers in academia.  Its Advisory Board is composed of prominent thought leaders and practitioners in the corporate governance field.
