Bill focuses his practice on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. As a native of Delaware, Bill is passionate about assisting clients as they navigate the state's premier corporate laws. His ability to creatively and effectively research complex issues helps clients achieve the most favorable result.
Bill graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020. During law school, Bill sharpened his legal analysis and writing as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and gained leadership experience as a member of the Student Bar Association. Bill focused his studies on corporate law, completing a business and entrepreneurship externship with a national law firm and earning the Herman J. Obert Award for the highest academic achievement in Business Organizations. Bill earned his B.A. in Government and Anthropology from Franklin and Marshall College in 2017.
