Biography

Bill focuses his practice on mass tort and bankruptcy litigation.  Bill’s experience litigating in Delaware’s Court of Chancery and practicing corporate transactional law in North Carolina uniquely positions him to assist clients at all stages of the bankruptcy litigation process.

Bill graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020.  During law school, Bill sharpened his legal analysis and writing as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and gained leadership experience as a member of the Student Bar Association.  Bill focused his studies on corporate law, completing a business and entrepreneurship externship with a national law firm and earning the Herman J. Obert Award for the highest academic achievement in Business Organizations.  Bill earned his B.A. in Government and Anthropology from Franklin and Marshall College in 2017.
