Biography

Ann focuses her practice on representing debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and bankruptcy proceedings. She helps clients navigate chapter 11 cases and related disputes by providing practical, detail-oriented analysis and support at each stage of the restructuring process.

Before joining Young Conaway, Ann served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nancy H. Lord (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, where she further developed her analytical, research, and writing skills. During her clerkship, Ann worked on a range of bankruptcy matters, including complex chapter 11 cases, contested matters, and adversary proceedings.
