This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies only to information we collect through the Websites and in email or other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Websites.

When you visit our Websites, your web browser automatically provides us with anonymous information that is examined internally by Young Conaway to evaluate the use of web-based technologies, to assess and improve our Websites’ performance, and to enhance the services that Young Conaway provides. You may also choose to share personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, or telephone number with the Firm when you, for example, register for one of our Firm seminars, add your name to a newsletter or notification list, respond to Firm surveys or questionnaires, or reply to a job posting. You may also provide limited details via our Websites to complete transactions through third party payment systems.  Our third party payment processors do not share full credit card numbers or CVV information with the Firm.

Young Conaway will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties unless the information (i) is necessary to perform services on your behalf relating to the preparation and filing of a legal action; or (ii) if the Firm is required to do so by law or subpoena, to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of persons working at or on the Firm’s behalf.

This policy is intended to cover collection of information on or via the Websites from residents of the United States. If you are visiting the Websites from outside the United States, please be aware that the data protection laws of other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.  By using the Websites, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Notice.

Young Conaway has implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through our Websites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Websites.

By accessing or using our Websites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Young Conaway reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice by posting the revised version on this site.
