Biography

Bridget focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court. She brings a nuanced and solution-oriented perspective to legal analysis, informed by a strong academic foundation and practical experience.

Bridget earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2025, where she was actively involved in the Business and Finance Law Review and the Corporate and Business Law Society. She also served on the Mock Trial Board, refining her oral advocacy skills through competitive trial practice. During law school, she completed an in-house legal internship that deepened her understanding of how legal strategy aligns with corporate objectives. In recognition of her commitment to professional development, she received the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development Award.
