Craig is the Chair of Young Conaway's Business Planning and Transactions Section. He began private practice in 1989 and concentrates primarily in the commercial transactions area with a focus on both mergers and acquisitions and use of Delaware entities, including structuring complex commercial transactions and rendering legal opinions with respect to business entities, transactional issues and tax matters.
