Biography

James focuses his practice on representing debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and bankruptcy proceedings. He takes a big-picture approach to solving problems and is committed to developing practical solutions that align with his clients’ goals.

James received his undergraduate degree from Union College and graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2025, where he served as the External Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society. While in his third year of law school, James externed for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Nathan A. Cook of the Delaware Court of Chancery, sharpening his analytical and writing skills.
