Biography
Josh’s practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and all stages of bankruptcy proceedings. His diverse experience, both personally and professionally, enables him to develop creative solutions to sophisticated legal challenges.
Before joining Young Conaway, Josh earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Black Law Students Association and was a member of the Journal of Law and Technology.
