After a distinguished 20-year career in information technology and commercial lending, Kate transitioned into law with a unique and powerful blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of business and financial operations. This extensive background allows Kate to provide clients with significant strategic advantages, particularly in cases involving complex financial instruments and emerging technologies.
Kate’s background also provides her with the operational insights and understanding related to challenges companies face when adapting to changing market conditions, regulatory environments, and customer preferences. Kate held leadership positions where she was responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar, enterprise-level IT software and infrastructure programs for large financial institutions with billions of dollars of assets under management. Kate’s ability to connect the dots between technical complexity, financial risk, and legal strategy allows her to anticipate issues and devise innovative solutions for clients.
Kate has a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Villanova University, and a JD from Villanova University.
