Lily specializes in creatively researching novel legal questions for unique client concerns.  Partners have commended Lily on her ability to re-think issues to provide tailored results.  She is attentive to developments in Delaware corporate law and conducts her practice to be adaptable to change.  With a background in the service industry, Lily especially enjoys personally engaging with colleagues and clients to discuss strategy and solutions. 

In law school, Lily was awarded with the Overall Best Brief recognition in the Villanova Law Reimel Moot Court Competition, demonstrating her honed writing skills and careful attention to detail.  Lily also externed for Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon in the District of Delaware where she further cultivated an appreciation for precision and nuance in her writing.
