Biography

Lily focuses her practice on corporate litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery, with an emphasis on corporate governance. Lily's background in journalism helps her understand clients' unique legal challenges and craft effective solutions with attention to the finer details. 

Lily's oral argument and brief writing skills gained her recognition by the National Order of the Barristers upon graduating law school. During law school, she was a regional semifinalist in the National Moot Court Competition, and a finalist in Temple Law's annual I. Herman Stern Moot Court Competition. She also participated in Temple's Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, representing indigent clients in wage garnishment and immigration appeals. Through these experiences, Lily developed strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
