Biography

Gina Schoenberg is a wide range problem solver, specializing in trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, wealth preservation, fiduciary representation, and, when necessary, trust and estate litigation. Her skillset includes expertise in adult guardianship and special needs trusts.  Although she is no stranger to the courtroom, Gina is known for her compassionate approach to trust and estate law and takes the time to get to know her clients and their families, goals, and needs. She also has extensive experience in planned giving and works with clients to identify and execute their charitable giving goals.

In addition to her years of experience as a trust and estates attorney, Gina also brings to bear over a decade of experience as a prosecutor specializing in financial fraud.  Her unique role in government as an elder abuse prosecutor equipped her with a deep understanding of the resources available to and the challenges facing the aging and disabled populations.

Gina believes strongly in the value of community and serves on several boards and in numerous volunteer roles.
