Bob began private practice in 1990. Bob has represented clients in all aspects of the chapter 11 restructuring process, including debtors, official committees, lenders, secured and unsecured creditors and purchasers. He has been involved in many of Delaware's most significant cases, including Continental Airlines, Zenith Electronics, Polaroid, Budget Rent-A-Car, Integrated Health Services, Alterra Healthcare Corporation and Touch America, Inc.
Clients and colleagues interviewed by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business 2010 ranked Bob as a leading Delaware Bankruptcy/Restructuring attorney and noted that he was "the complete package: [Bob] really puts his best foot forward on behalf of his client."
Bob has also authored several articles and lectured in the area of bankruptcy law.
