Tim concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, environmental counseling and litigation, general litigation and non-profit entity representation. He regularly teaches legal seminars in the areas of insurance coverage, environmental law and litigation for the Delaware State Bar Association, Mealey's, Marsh, National Business Institute, Harris Martin, Sterling Education Services, University of Delaware and other educational institutions. He is the former Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association Environmental Section. In addition, Tim is the firm's Pro Bono Coordinator and is active in numerous community organizations.
