Two of Young Conaway's Employment Law partners, Barry M. Willoughby and William W. Bowser, will be the featured speakers at the DelMarVa SHRM monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2009. They will be discussing the Employee Free Choice Act and the RESPECT Act which are considered top priorities by President Barack Obama and members of Congress. These acts, if they are passed, could significantly affect labor-management relations under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
