Commentator, Mock Argument - Revisiting Caremark, 40th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute

Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Elena C. Norman will be a Commentator at the upcoming 40th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute in Chicago, IL on April 23-24, 2020. The institute, which brings together leading practitioners and senior officials at the SEC, is sponsored by Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law.
A session entitled, "Mock Argument - Revisiting Caremark" will take place on the second day of the conference. Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. of Delaware's Court of Chancery will preside over oral arguments presented by William Savitt of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Mary S. Thomas of Prickett Jones & Elliott, P.A.. Ms. Norman will be the Commentator for this session.
