On Thursday, March 30th, Partner Elena Norman will be participating in a panel discussion entitled, "Delaware Developments," as part of the 29th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Panelists will analyze and discuss significant opinions rendered over the last year by Delaware Chancery and Supreme Court and their effect on M&A deal-making, including director independence rulings, MLP cases, and cases and developments after Trulia and Corwin. Elena will be joined by moderator Peter Walsh, Vice Chancellor Samuel Glasscock, Joel Friedlander, Ted Mirvis, and Lisa Schmidt.
