Young Conaway Corporate Partner, Elena Norman, will be speaking on Friday, September 9th during the Women in M&A Taskforce meeting during the ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting. 

The Taskforce meeting will begin with a discussion by the Chair and Vice Chair of the Women in M&A Subcommittee regarding the underrepresentation of women lawyers in M&A.

Seven prominent M&A attorneys, including Ms. Norman, will then join this discussion using a "book club" format. Each will draw upon her personal experience and summarize a different book to help women identify paths to a successful M&A career.

In addition, Ms. Norman will be participating in a presentation at Boston College Law School regarding career options for Women in M&A during the conference.
