Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Elena Norman will be participating in a panel discussion at the 33rd Tulane Corporate Law Institute on March 11, 2021. The panel, entitled "Delaware Developments - Part I," will review corporate law case trends and statutory highlights that have occurred over the past year. Ms. Norman will be joined on the panel by Chancellor Andre Bouchard, and attorneys William Lafferty, Blake Rohrbacher, Kevin Shannon, and Joel Friedlander.
