Corporate Partner Elena Norman will be participating in a panel discussion at the 2019 PLUS D&O Symposium on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York, NY. The panel discussion entitled, "What's Going on with Securities Class Action & Derivative Litigation?," will focus on the record number of securities class action lawsuits and the costs associated with them. Panelists will also provide an update on derivative litigation and the effect of the #Metoo movement.

Ms. Norman will be joined on the panel by Susan Muck, Partner, Fenwick & West LLP; Darren J. Robbins, Attorney, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP; and John Varley, Assistant Vice President, Chubb.  The moderator will be Jordan Eth, Partner, Morrison Foerster.
